I think it's not a good idea to sell a D3 RoS CD KEY already used.
What I mean is, in that case, you can easily get your account back by just asking blizzard and tell them you are the only owner of the account and you can prove it, for example with your ID.
One of my friend has been scammed like that, he bought a used D3 RoS account and get fucked up by the seller exactly as what I wrote above.

It's not used though, It's brand new, I have the CD key here with me, no email associated with it either. |
