Will i get locked on it? Cause every account i make gets locked...

That is probably because the system has detected you making multiple accounts using the same IP address.

Any new accounts made using the same address will be automatically locked.

If you buy an account that was not already locked before, it should remain unlocked. However, if a moderator were to check your addresses and what not, they might decide to lock it as well.

Ive made new account on my sim card internet which i havent used before and it got lockedas well :/

You're not allowed to browse D2Jsp on a phone. If you're making accounts with similar names and profile information, they will lock you. No two accounts on same IP what so ever!
