Exchange rates ?

Hello fellas.

Started the game yesterday, and i'm allready getting addicted to it.
So i've decided also to "get ready" for futures trades, and am looking for exchanges rates.
The most completefull possible (low to high orbs), for any realm would be great.

Also, is there a guide somewhere that explains what items to keep etc ? I'm getting some skills, and don't know if i may keep them for future trade or chars (playing HC Beyond). And don't even know if they are tradeable.
