This may be Simson's multi. He claimed to have 600k fg for sale when he first got here too and now hes locked, now new guy shows up with 600k to sell.
600k doesnt just pop out of nowhere. |

The highest i have seen is a guy who got banned with 400k, and Nevada's ever changing stock pile.
