As far as I know this is perfectly legal from a d2jsp standpoint(not from a neopets though)
I'm trading NP for 1.25$ per mil 1 mil = roughly 111 FG
so that's 11.25$ per K FG and it's totally legit through D2jsp(again someone correct me if I'm wrong)
I accept paypal from trusted users only--I've been here long enough to know what a scammer looks like..so please don't waste my time.

I'll be honest with you--it's a total hit or miss. I did it for a while. The cool thing is--you earn 15% on your neopoints in the bank in the mean time.
Selling @ 10,000:1 ratio is better than most. Sometimes people come in and buy TONS. And sometimes it's just a tons of people looking to buy 100fg at a time lol.
regardless--everyone and their mother is getting locked for buying/selling fg--this is legit
