need advice for multi making and accessing

i know i need to change isp,
but can i avoid all the extra deleting cookies/java if i use a fresh virtual machine for jsp?
i would basically exclusively use the VM for accessing jsp
let me know if this would work

sorry, i meant ip-- not isp
i currently have a cable modem with a router in another room that has direct access to the cable modem. if i call my isp to change my ip, will i need to change my router (in the room im accessing it in) ?

ya, prevention is the best solution. when and if you get a new multi, make sure not to act in such a way that will get you caught

aka: have ppl launder your fg, dont post in a suspicious manner, make reasonable trades and remain active so that when you go and sell some of your fg, it does not seem as "fishy" to the mods
