If i were you i would start out by going to the S/A: http://www.d3jsp.org/viewforum.php?f=43
Create a topic "Why am i locked? - Requesting to become unlocked"
Then follow the staff's instructions, and you should be unlocked/ready to go.
Afterwards you could then start over, and build up your reputation and fg business..

Possibly got auto-locked cause of multiple accounts registered with the IP you are currently using. That's my guess, no idea if thats true tho
