D2Jsp Account - Help!

So I am buying a Jsp Account and it comes with a email but i heard you can get
disabled,banned for changing the email to your own email a lot of people have been Njaguard
by that... so i thought i will keep the email same as original (the 1 im getting). But even the seller
can get his account back.. (scam) so what do i do to prevent seller to get the email back?

Change the email password, remove any recovery email linked to this email plus get the question/secret answer to change it to something else
