I am using proVPN atm and it's working well... but I can't make any new threads or send gold on d2jsp.

Anyone know if there's a way to fix it?

3 things.
1. provpn sucks
2. your account is labeled as done(no this isn't a joke. same with tor browser, you're blacklisted).

he knows you're a multi already.
4. I've used a ton of vpns, they all suck cept for 1-2. Only thing I've found to be useful is a $35/month program which i leeched off my friend.
