This is way overboard. Who the fuck could be so retarded that the SCAMMER tag in red is not obvious enough? Do the 3 blind mice use this website and the only way they know if someone is a scammer is if someone is having a seizure from the obnoxious sig?
If anything, a brief explanation of what and who they scammed. If they are a multi, who their multi is.
"*name here* scammed $20 buying a d2jsp account from *name here*"
would suffice if you want to go overboard. Would also make it easier for the newbies at d3jsp.

Honestly it doesn't make a difference..
If you don't even look at some ones stats before trading.. IE-
Locked\Scammer, etc, then you deserve it.
However, I find the flashing sig to be lulzworthy.
