2012 new =/= 2004-2011 new for some reasons
Chargebacks, stolen paypals, straigth up scams, was never as rampant as it is right now

i require: verified paypal, service payment with the note "i received the my forum gold, i will not chargeback, dispute or take any action against this charge. this payment is not fraudulent activity and i agree to take full responsibility of actions on my account - Name / date of birth"

i can do 1k by 8$ if you desire or we can get a mod for full 5k at 40?
