I also don't how people are selling incredibly high level items for more then 250$ safely, So any info regarding that would be appreciated

the best way to "safely" trade items worth more than 250 is to trade it for a few very nice items and sell them for 200-250 each.

People are using ebay type sites and Player Auctions to sell these times..
