i am not sure where you get that the going rate wont go below 12, as i see several posts on the first and second pages that have people selling for 10$ per mil and even 9.

oh i am very sorry i didnt start playing diablo 3 several years ago to have a sweet join date.

i wouldnt expect anyone to give first and i will be using a mediator.
