whats the best way i want to start selling Rsgp but im not going first because i dont have the hart to scame any one. in real life i when to the store and the girl gave me to much Money back so i when back in 2 time because she keep give me to much money i got some thing that was worth 7.91 with taxs and i payed with a 20 she gave me back 18.49 the first time then 15 the seconed time

sould of only gave me 12.09 back the first time

ones u have enough post & reps u can ask people to go 1st

only way to take money off paypal is wire transfer to bank account
or if ur account is verified after 6 months they offer u a debit card u can use tht in atm to get cash out...USA only & limt of $400 daily
