1. After scam has been repayed by the scammer they have to remain locked for 14 days (2weeks), to make sure they don't just repay and scam someone right away for bigger $.

2. In situation where a scammer 1 was scammed by scammer 2 in the past, and scammer 2 wants to repay his scam to be unlocked, scammer 1 may not be repayed until he has repayed his own scam. In this situation scammer 2 would send the money to the victim of scammer 1 to repay a part or whole scam. (depending on how much scammer 1 has scammed)
After scammer 2 has repayed he would go through 14 day waiting period to be unlocked.

3. Scammers who have scammed again after they have been unlocked for repaying before, should have a 2 month waiting period before being unlocked again.

Setting an amount of time to be unlocked would be pointless.
A scammer who plans on getting a lot of money from a scam will wait two weeks and then scam, it's not going to stop them.

ANd if they are impatient, they'll just make another account and scam.

I would have to say make it more than 14 days before they unlocked... Because 14 days isn't long at all...

I'd say make them wait a minimum of 30 days, I don't see many people waiting THAT long to scam again, unless they sincerely want to come back and be a legit member of the d3jsp society.

I agree with Rickey, 14 days is too short of a period.

You do realize we're not going to publicly tell anyone how long a scammer needs to wait, if at all?

That would defeat the purpose of setting any time.
