Ip is only able to get caught incase the user posts. It dosen't log the ip when you log in.

he's trying to scam since this morning ,
he is only doing crap trade to earn reputs and make a good looking hacking ( orb and such )
then he'll scam 40 dollars and do it again .
when someone ask med he dodges and doesnt answer
