Clear all of your shit with CCleaner, change ip, make new email, make new jsp account, verify and wait 15-60 minutes before even attempting to post.

Is your ip different or the same? Check with http://checker.samair.ru/ before and after to verify a change in address. Also, don't post in stupid places, that gives it away (i.e. pvp, general chat, poker, etc.), hold off on those for a week or two maybe.
