once completed we both will confirm on d3jsp that the trade is complete and you have full access to account+email.
i will not trade scammers/locked users. the only exception will you be overpaying with paypal balance payment. you will need to verify the information for the account before sending a payment.
this is of course if you are disputing your locked/scammer tag for a valid reason!
