tried this option already

two times, first deleted cookies, cache and changed from ff to chrome - disabled
deleted cookies, cache and changed from chrome to opera - disabled

i always delete my c&c with ccleaner


my ip is renewing every 24 hour cuz of router
so its pointless to change it manual imo
