I do believe whenever a scammer is unlocked, the logs remain in his warn logs.
Such as "Lock - scammer accusation/scam proven" and then "unlocked - scam repayed", which would always stay there.

So, with that; I think it's not needed to have an actual tag.

tbh, I might be wrong about the log thing. they might be deleted once repayed, but I don't believe so.

By having a tag as Repaid scammer, that will pretty much be equal to the tag Scammer, and that won't encourage people to repay their scams sad
