45 sec is not 2 bad it stops spam but when u r tryin 2 buy some thing in one post then u c som thing in a nother post u want and u know will go fast but u cant post that sucks.

if they could do it with like 45 sec 2 post in each topic would be cool i think

There should be changes in this, I do not have time to wait for 45 secs to bump 1-2 more my posts and respond to another post.
Spammers get warns, there is no doubt about it.
This 45 second delay for ALL users is not a good thing and does not work for me.
Look at my posts and join date, You know I dont spam and I Also know its a respect issue.
Don't spam and be respectfull to others and everything will be great.
That should be how it is, or at least a modification in who has to wait the 45 secs and who does not, maybe restrictions are permitted to be enabled on a specific user, for a warn% like.
10% warn would be an inconvenience of the 45 second posting rule.
I feel I am being punished for something that I had nothing to do with.

Please modify this to work better in regards to all users, and not just some troublesome users who dont contribute much and chose that the rules are not for them.
Thanks if you have any idea for second++ times of consideration consideration.

I see no reason why it should be changed, plus bidding war? I mean 15 seconds won't kill you...
