Pije kawę do godziny 16, bo mam terapię w piątek rano, więc chcę być normalnie wyspany. Co do reszty tygodnia, to już powoli przestaje o to dbać. Wytrzymałem tak od maja do połowy sierpnia. W chwili, gdy przestawiłem tę kawę, że po 18 nie będę pił, a nie po 16, to chyba tylko raz mi się tak udało. Nie jestem dobry w postanowienia  |
