Ive tried everything, and it always get disabled... How do I completelly change my ip or whatever without using a proxy?

I tried resetting my router a million times, Ive created like 10 accounts in different ways, all them got disabled really fast.

I can give Diablo 3 in game gold for someone that can solve my problem.

(Ive also tried to ask a friend to make new account for me, so I login and it gets disabled after a few hours too)

Simple, tell your parents that you get bullied in school so they'll move somewhere else then presto, you have a new IP address.
