did you get a 100 plus experience points first. im not sure if thats what you have to do because it seems as if you have the right gear for the job you can beat him. but i just waited to get past the 100 experience points then i challenged him. and beat him with nothing

goodluck killing the dragon with your fists.. if ur page it will be impossible haha.
if u are still a farmboy it may be possible
but if u swtich real quick then u can buy weapon/armor and make it easy.
