I'm speaking for my big sis who is a fan of Diablo 3.
It seem that she received a mail from Blizzard , it said that Blizz have locked her account '' Due to suspicious activity '' -> what the heck is this reason ?
So , they told her to reset / change the password , the thing is , no matter what she typed , Blizz site kept saying '' incorrect '' , i mean , she is the owner of the account , how could she make a mistake .

| She probably forgot her Full name entered, or something stupid like that. Just have her call them up and verify cdkey and all. |
