What if they get the right to reputate somebody, but their reputation would be re-visioned and accepted by the user who got it, or by a d3jsp moderator?

pont of reping is know if the person is a scammer/bm, or a good trader why would a scammer accept a bad rep... plus coding
its ez to make a group n limit them to do anything till their issues (lock) is resolved. smile

system auto locks multis on same IP & people using VNP's, its not hard to spot an multi n ip check em, for anyone JM & up.

Yes it is lol.

There's plenty of scammers who are decent at hiding their identity and scam 3-4 times before initiative is taken to lock them, due to the amount of time it takes Staff to compile S/A's. roll1

Even if they're using a Proxy and a partial hit comes up, they won't lock the user because it could be an "accident".

Proven wrong 9483209402340239423 times by me before, partials are just as good as regular IP's.

Herpafuckingderp. Disagree all you want, Cory's never been wrong on a multi.
