mine installed flawlessly in 20 min.
after i was able to click play and start d3 up. attempted to log in but says error 33 servers down for maint.

Are your OS and all your drivers up to date ?

Maybe one file did also get corrupted while downloading.

I've seen previously on diablo3 forums that you can fix it by redownloading it in the same directory.
It should take around 50 Mo (MB ).
