Picture needs more contrast, maybe some highlights
Text looks like only color inversion + outer glow, which makes it somehow look "noobish) (which shouldn't be a problem, since you consider yourself a newcomer).
Also the font is kinda lame. Try to download some new fonts for making sigs.
The sig should look better if you make the frame plain black 1-2 Px.

Points go out for idea + picture choice

awesome idea but needa change phont and phont color and add some more contrast and stuff like that but keep at it and ull be a boss tongue
