i see necrosis wrote a smiter build, but for real is this really the right build? it only have like 30 total fhr and 120 all res? so u wont have max resist in hell? do smiter not need that?

| my smiter solos ubers without maxed res but if you read the first line it says PVP as long as ur a good dueler you will not need perf res ^>^ but if you suck at dueling not even res will help you |

yea u want to hit the 86% fhr.. .but my vt doesnt always hit the fhr bp and i do fine.. i think whoever hits first wins..

...ummm ok, to the basics
YES U DO NEED MAX RES IN HELL for a pvp smiter, its a requirement.
u do NOT need 86 fhr for a smiter, dont even worry bout the fhr, u can charge out of anythin
if u get a griefpb, the IAS on the pb does not matter, with 30 ias griefpb+fanat=hitting the breakpoint, on the other hand, with a grief zerker, make sure to get 35+ ias with 20 ias gloves.
use sspurs/bitter brogues for ur vs all boots, but against baba/smiter/bowazon/smiter/druid (everything that doesnt do elemental dmg), wear waterwalks for dex/life.
use a bk/raven, 20 dex+cannot b frozen=gg
ber shako+ber'd upped hoz+nigma+15 dungos=49, thats enough dr
