Bringing this to their attention is a good idea, but the best bet is to get Local PD involved. This is a serious offense, and can be prosecuted as a felony.
Give Mariusz time to get enough funds to refund everybody. He's a good person, and wouldn't do something like this. Be patient, like I said before. |
are you kidding me? its like 300 or 400+ that makes felony, under that is like nothing. and if you call the cops and QQ mother F in another state stole $xx from me on jsp blah blah blah. the cop will tell you to just QQ and your at your own risk, now if it was like over $400 then they would want like proof and shit and still big head ache. break shit down to under $20 amounts that way if scammed isn't much. _____________________

if you are innocent (although why your d3jsp acct didn't get hacked makes zero sense) , then you're retarded for clicking any link someone (let alone a random) would have sent you. if you're guilty, you're pretty smart. |

You're a nerdgin.
He lost $1,000+ apparently since his Paypal/Pokerstars was hacked and money transferred. There are 4-5 accusations so far about
Mariusz losing other people's money, some including up to $130. Not my fault some trust people with that kind of money upfront, I sure as hell don't.
Seems to me you didn't look too indepth to the situation before opening your cockhole of a mouth.

imo it's fake and the contacting police plea is an excuse to try and get the benefit of the doubt.
if it is real he should be making his case with the bank, not with the police. when fraud happens it's your job to go to the respective bank and attempt to get justice done. ex. my gf's debit card was stolen and $4000 were exhausted from her account in one day. it can be a bitch but if you're persistant and honest you'll eventually get your way. wtf are local police going to do over an internet crime. nothing because there is nothing they can do. |

LOL cosign.
idk who'd be that stupid... I wouldn't even trust most online friends with that kind of money -- let alone someone I didn't know much about. |

Getting the police involved can help, they can contact higher authorities and handle the situation.
Going right to his bank would have been the smartest thing to do, then he could fuck around and see what went wrong. Honestly, yeah it sucks, but I don't know if it really happened. Sometimes people can up and steal anything they want without reason. |

imho way too much of a coincidence.
1. paypal wouldn't even have let all those transactions occur because they are super tight on security if multiple "gift" transactions over $100 are going through so they would have automatically locked it anyway (let alone over "5 grand")
2. poker stars is the exact same way, try to transfer over $1000 between multiple accounts and that money is going to end up locked. especially now with the new regulations they've put in for people who can still play with real money
3. he hasn't shown a shred of evidence that anything has even happened yet. after 2 days he would have access to the unofficial police report and that hasn't been posted/shown to any mod. why? i don't know because that could end a lot of this speculation.
4. every single account in the world was hacked besides his d3jsp account?
if i'm wrong i will be the first person to eat humble pie/man up and apologize. but like i said and with the evidence currently at hand, it was a pretty smart scam. |

I offered him Starcraft head before but I think he either doesn't want it or thought I was joking. I don't think he'd appreciate poker head though. He likes to concentrate on his game. _____________________
