$12 per 1k is not a bad ratio, in between $10 vs $15 for bulk

Yes people are allowed to sign up for pokerstars and they dont RESTRICT you. Why? Because aruond the world gambling age is different

It is dependent on your country whether you are allowed or not, and mine is illegal. Rather not get in trouble for something stupid tongue
