To elaborate before people ask "what little girl" - it's a girl in the forest you can stop and talk to - she follows you and occaionally gives you a good buff in change of a forest fight.

Are you asking us where to find her? If so she just randomly pops up when you go into town (from forest, from travel, from some place in the town itself). OR are you asking
if we noticed you adjusted the rewards by more than 5x? If so yes, yes I did.

Yeah, she did to me too ~ I read the source codes which said the mother would be found at the Inn. I was puzzled, so I wanted to check out what you had experienced. Thanks.

Tram said something about the inn when he installed it but it's just a normal town event.

If you kill the tarp you get 1 exp and loose forest fights out of guilt the same way you would if you died with her tagging along.
When you say no you're just turning down the reward and returning her for free.
