like, my internet is good 2mb but my dls on battle net are realyy slow.
when i am playing a map that i alredy hav i never lag but but dl stills suking T>T

it could be your interent speed... or the host who is giving you the Dl... depends...

What i dont get is, how in the world can you lag when dling a file that is like 100kb

Good point, but it might be the person hosting (they could have dial-up) or you can get it off d3jsp (here) for .1fg

I have the same problem- I don't lag in-game but dls take forever.

Then they assume I lag and I get banned.

just dl it some other way, or get better inet
