why weird? its absolute normal and you see such things very often but you dont notice it that often

and the fence and grass is the plate

Looks preety nice, I d add some kind of blur like 5% and just erased it to keep important - focus points _____________________

i wont because it isnt needed and if you had brushed something big like this you wouldnt either because its many afford to get this detail
a secound reason is there is no real focal paint well maybe the tree but the compostions is al right i think
it means you can see where what is and what is closer or more far away

it doenst mean i dont take any criticism to improve my skills but i think myself its well done besides some parts of the shadow which goes to far the the mountains and well i havent done much overpainting work but i am able to work on it and improve it anytime but after like 10 hours working on the same project you'll need a break
