It's in the the subdirectory private/var/log/asl.
Now from what I've been able to piece togeather, the private/var is a directory soley used for log and configuration files, am I right? And the private/var/log is just system event logs?
To me, this looks like a memory leak lol. However, will deleting of these files break photoshop? It's kind of a memory hog atm. If it is the effect that can be applied to a layer in photoshop, e.g. dropshadow, color overlay, border, etc. But if thats the case, the size and placement seems to me very illogical.
Looking at time of creation, they go back from 14th may 2009. Every time you open photoshop, it creats new ones, a few of them are 4 K in size, then there's one thats between 20 and 200 MB. So if it is what I think it is, e.g. memory leak (they shouldn't be present this long). Can I prevent photoshop from creating new ones? _____________________
