honestly. i had this problem a couple times.

what i did to fix it. REFORMATTED computer. i reformmated my computer 3 times in 1 months time. it runs fast now

You need other ip. If you have static ip, its impossible to change it. If not simply change your ip.

If you have a router, restart the router. If that doesn't fix the problem, the only thing you can do is use a computer that is connected to a different network.
