There is a flood control at this site, I believe it's 1 post per 30 seconds or someting like that.
Everyone starts with 0.50 fg and get 0.50 fg per post. Spamming is not allowed though.

I hope you will have a good time at the forum and if you need any more help you can just send a pm
or post in the rules and support section.
