Has anyone noticed DL speeds got slower lately?

Well not significantly... but it became noticeable to me couple days ago. I join some maps and I noticed that I DL slightly slower than usual. Tried isolating other computers in my home network and still same result. My ping time is still the same and I'm suspecting blizzard is switching to cheaper servers or something.
