Name = Carnage Helm : Quality = Rare ;
Name = Fury Visor : Quality = Rare ;
Name = Destroyer Helm : Quality = Rare ;
Name = Conqueror Crown : Quality = Rare ;
Name = Guardian Crown : Quality = Rare ;

If you add anything else it'll id it to check for the stats, you can use quality=rare or you can do something like quality >= magic (will cover magic/rare/unique)
