Basically they accidentally created a black hole and now have it "Quarantined". Read further at this site. They were testing the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Machine and messed up.

I believe it was a stupid experiment and they were warned not to do it more than once.
But It's interesting and I'd love to know more about this happy
