Smiter - One of the most powerful pvm and pvp characters.

Lets start.

Introduction:


Smiter is one of the most powerful characters , pvp and pvm wise. There are many setups of smiters, but setup i will cover is Smiter Vs All here. The smiter build i am about to introduce has max block , almost max damage reduction, max resists ofc , nice amount of life. And of course huge damage . Smiters dont depend on screen damage in pvp their damage is far more greater then on screen. Smiters can clean public games with no problem , but its not really a Team vs Team Character. Ill cover every setup , sorb , and everything there is to this famous character class a.k.a smiter.


Stats:
Strength - enough for gear, this should be minimum amount since enigma provides great strength.
But keep in mind add enough strength, you dont want your body poppin.

Dexterity - enough for maxblock , after you maxed your holy shield cast it , and add dexterity till you reach max block.

Vitality - rest more life - the more you will survive

Energy - none


Skills:
max them in the exact order:

Pre req:
1 into holy bolt
1 into hammer
1 into might
1 into blessed aim
1 into concentration
1 into holy fire



20 smite - main skill
20 Fanatism - main aura
20 Holy Shield - huge defense+damage+block boost
20 charge - yes , many debate between defiance and charge , i find charge more efficient
since its your second main attack skill , you duel all casters with it.
1 into holy freeze - we are not using this for cold damage , we are using this for slow down effect ,
particulary usefull when you duel barbarians or melee characters, even when they have rf slow down effect still effects their rw/ias. The way i switch to it is after i bo i change battle order to hf on cta switch , and duel quickly press W to freeze them , of course you can hotkey hf does not matter.
Rest into Defiance - boost of defense is not too bad.


Main Setup:

Helmet: berd shako - life/skill/dr/mana everything suits a smiter
this is greater then coa in every way.

Armor: Enigma - str, skills , dr, life , rw., tele.
The best armor for smiter that has ever existed.

Gloves: Dracs - life tap , ow , str . Best vsa gloves.

ring one: ravenfrost - 20dex. cbf. ar for charge pretty penny

ring two: bk - 1 levelsl , life.

Belt: Dungo - dr, life, fhr

boots: gores - deadly strike for charge , ow

ammy: highlord - 1 skill/ias/lr/deadly strike

Shield: Eth sacred targe exile 45 res all one. The best average damage available grat shield , best block available as well.

Weapon: Grief
only choice for main weapon.

Great damage ias.

GO with Grief zerk for range , you still reach breakpoint.

switch: cta+bo spirit

charms: 8-9x pcombs (with mods (depending on your budget))
10-13 20 life scs ( with 5res all (again depending on your budget) )

Thats main Setup

What to keep in Stash:
1x 20 sorb wisp - 1 sorb piece is gm
1x tgods - put this on with 20 sorb wisp in bm/pub if you need too
1x snowclash - more rest against cold
1x extra ravenfrost - extra 20% sorb cold vs blizzer is always a nice add , not mentioning more dex+ar
1x extra bk ring ( put on when dueling other smiters)
1x waterwalks ( switch when dueling melee characters)
1x hoz (berd) ( indeed so you can duel in gm smite duels)
1x bloodfists ( again for gm smite duels)
1x Doomz ( VERY , and Very helpfull tool against amazons, slow them down and charge to death with this incrediable weapon)
1x hotspurs ( having problems with fb sorc? put those on and lol @ fbs)
1x dwarf star ( sometims better to take off bk then gores)


now that was a long list:

Why did i put so many stuff not mentioned before in stash?
because the build i mentioned before is build we use in pubs , tvt , etc where there are deifferent characters.


Now ill mention where you have to swap gear
if i did not mention certain build its because
- you dont need to swap any gear , stay with vsa setup mentioned above
- build is unique , youll have to find yourself gear to suit it


Bowazons vs Smiter:

Swap grief for Doomz
holy freeze will destroy their bps
finish the job with charge.

Smiter vs Smiter:

BM:
swap rf fro that bk in your stash
swap gores for waterwalks

GM:
swap rf for that bk in stash
swap gores for waterwalks
swap dracs for bloodfists
swap exile for hoz

Smiter vs Trapsin:
might wanna swap bk for that wisp

Smiter vs Fb:
Might wanna swap gores for hotspurs

Smiter vs Blizzsorc:
put extra raven frost on
having diffucultys? put on your snowclash as well

Smiter vs Hammerdin:
gores for waterwalks
ravenfrost for bk

Smiter vs Foh:
Bk for wisp
optional: dungo for tgods
