they break ALOT!!!
got mine about 1 year ago... and it broke continuously!!!
either it crashes and some of the buttons stop working...
or this time it really broke... aka it doesn't connect to anything at all!!!

the tech support told me to reinstall the firmware... but i can't because it doesn't connect at all!!!

now it is just sitting there wasting its batteries... and i can't turn it off because it has no firmware...

THESE THINGS SUCK!!! IPOD FUCKING OWN THEM!! WORST MICROSOFT PRODUCT EVER!!!
after windows vista anyways... mad

I've had my Zune 30 for about 3 years. Never had a single problem and it was only $80.
