sometimes when i buy big ammounts of army's i go in to the red and it is a pain in the arse to get out of it is there any move i can use to use a turn that will no put my expenses over my income and slowly lower it?

only way to do that is to use turns getting cash.
you make 25% more cash then u normally would.
other then that just sell some stuff for money and do what u need to do while eating up the cash u saved, or just sell off some of your army in the blackl market and ur expenses go down pretty quick.

Put some army on Private market, maybe someone buy it.
Sell everything you can on Black market.
Attack, gain lands, build Markets (NOT HOUSES!!! NEVER HOUSES!!!).

ahh yes muppetier you have not thought your "magical" answer threw that only works for a certain time then you will exceed your income with your expenses from all the "magical" money and go in to debt wich is bad but i am fine now my income is miles higher than my expenses and my army grows everyday so i am happy

You have 2 options: sell of some of your army on the private market(lowers expenses and makes you money)
or
if u have some money in the bank, attack people to gain land, then build markets on the land to make more money.

I make -7 Million dollars. I'm pretty sure my empire isn't dead.... Maybe because you guys' are helping me on server 1 but..
If you want to get into the green, sell off some troops, I always sell the one I have the most of, when I need to.
EDIT: Yup... That's what I did to MaintenceMan on Server 1. By the way.. Did you quit?
