ISO signature/avatar

Would like a fairly small/decent sized signature with a good solid border, iso the best gfx artist on jsp

My avatar:
A section of the wave and "Mike" in cursive/chinese text

Animation would be a bonus

1. Would like this to be nice sized/ small perfered
2. Would like the name " jin" in somewhat a cursive OR chinese text.
3. THe sig overall to be blue/white and grey/black.
