I second this. 99Wayztodie aka Josh Moore is a disgrace to forums and communities such as this. I have measurable evidence that proves this guy is not only a scammer, but has no limits to his manipulation tactics regarding establishing rapport, and ultimately illegitimately swindling people out of their money. Shameful & disgraceful do not do enough to define individuals such as this. I have an open Paypal dispute against this individual and will be presenting the aforementioned evidence to Paypal reps. Worst case scenario, (even if I don't get my funds back) I'm informed his account and name will be flagged. At least by using Paypal, he won't be able to after this.
