ok 1st off dont call me a noob or i will hunt u down and cut you...

After all these years playing d2 i STILL dont get the -req thing

I mean exmaple if i am wearing boots that are -25 req shouldnt that knock 25 off the str or dex req of somthign else i wanna wear?

Am I drunk again ?

Have I been drunk for 6 years of this game ?

i guess if you put a -15% req jawl in a 100base strg armor u should ve a 85strg armor then

The requirement mods are for that item only... And it's not 15 strength 15 dex, it's -15 percent. Meaning percent of the total strength and dex needed currently on that specific item.

yes jess it is only for the item..and it is also only str dex not LVL...if you put a -15 req in an et the lvl would still be 72...
