Rascal is accusing me of the following:

Taking a Named 123 Valk named Housecleaner
Keeping it
Getting an unpermed 123 valk
Finding the name Housecleaner
Renaming it
Giving him back an unpermed 123 valk with the exact same name.

Now,
Rascal asked me to test his valk. Like you all know, I never offer.
I made certain that he could have this back at any time he ever wanted.
I had it for a week.

He's 100% sure i switched it, yet, He sells it to Fowl claiming its 100% permed.

So... tell me which is true:

- He's 100% sure i gave him back an unpermed valk, and traded it off claiming it was 100% permed (Lied at a trade?)
or
- He's 100% sure I gave him back a permed valk as permed, and didn't lie in trade but is lying about me switching them.

Some people go too far in their accusations for absolutely no reason.

Want my opinion? Nothing can be done, even if he is a Trusted member the Moderators won't do anything to you because they can't proof this, I personally have faith in you but this is not up to me to decide.

Just because he has a tag doesn't mean he's better than anyone else, the fact that he has a Trusted tag and has asked you to test means that he accepts the result, he knows jsp is not fond of people testing items for others. In all honesty I would have to say he brought this whole case upon himself, who would waste their time finding the name Housecleaner when they already have their own perm Valks and 13k+ FG, and to scam a Trusted member is obviously not smart. He should understand all that, I would ignore him.

i definitely agree with rina on this one. there is no reason to think someone (ben in this case) who is already very rich would lie about something poofing.
