Hiya, longtime lurker, first-time poster; might there be someone here intermittently active that wouldn't mind fixing the Turn Queuing in any of the Promisance servers?
It's come to my attention, that these relics are actually of the last actively hosted anywhere in it's traditional incarnation, which is kind of a trip~

Promisance, a turn-based, retro/text interface game that is hosted on d3jsp, serving as one of the last iterations anywhere online.
Unfortunately, though, none of the 3 servers (that I'm aware) are at all playable due to the turn rates not queing up.
I just would have figured someone would know who was the PHP savvy individual w/ the appropriate privileges here. Call me an advocate of abandonware.

Message in the bottle; if you too reading this wish for this beloved game to not go extinct online, give Redwall Warlords a chance -as I have. While not the same vanilla theme I'd grown w/, this otherwise identical game provides a backdrop of relevant lore that appears to be just enough to keep players impassioned & active, which is a breath of fresh air for those of us who'd experienced the death of Promisance on the same depressing server(s) w/ the same uninspired 1-3 players & admins who bore the burden of maintaining & hosting stagnating rounds to little personal benefit.
If you've ever played & been a fan of Prom, consider liking the fan page on FB, where many veterans & alumni keep in the loop of active games (but as far as I'm aware, Redwall's where it's at). Otherwise, happy hunting~
