is this item even on east?? i saw it on ebay a few times a while back but i was just wondering if its even on east cause ive never seen one in a game or for sale.

btw i forget stats but itsf from classic (im pretty sure) and it allows you to hit 18k hammer dmg

its like
+2 pally
+3 conc
+2 vigor

or something like that

anyone?
