It's now located below the selling and trading section to make it easier to allocate the trades with people who have scammed and gives better visuals on what's going on and who's done what, this may help restrict or prevent a scam from occurring in some instances.

It's been moved from it's former position in the battle grounds and has been put in a proper location.
